ASIAN DRESSING

As far as I am concerned, dressings make a salad, and the more varieties we have up our sleeve, the more likely we and our families are to enjoy crunching on our greens.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbspn Sesame Oil

  • 3 Tbspn Nama Shoyu

  • Juice ½ Lime

  • 1½ Tsp Mild Curry Powder

  • 1 Tsp Grated Ginger

  • 1 Crushed Garlic Clove

Method

Place all the ingredients into a glass jar with lid and shake until everything is combined. This will last in the fridge for at least one week.
